6 – 8 PARRAMATTA SQUARE

The project consists of 120,000 sqm office space and approximately 233m in height. Our role is to complete the full fitout design and documentation of the campus tower with an approximate size of 40,000 sqm of office space.

Adjoining 4 Parramatta Square are the interconnected 6 and 8 Parramatta Square, which on completion will rise 55 storeys tall on the Parramatta CBD skyline. Standing as the tallest building in Western Sydney and the second tallest office tower in NSW.

Providing some of the largest office floor plates in the country, 6 Parramatta Square provides floorplates over 3,000 square metres, with 8 Parramatta Square providing some of the largest floor plates for its height, of up to 2,300 square metres.
