Sam Dib

FOUNDER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR

To truly see through the lens of how Sam views the world he lives in, is to imagine for a second the story of human evolution from hunter gatherer to where we are today.

The exponential growth which shaped the way we perceive our world, from wondering, aspiring and leading the way to better lives, a safer environment, trusting societies and exploring ourselves as a true being. We can start to appreciate the value of our existence and the contribution that we must make to continue the process of ongoing development.

Our technical mind is a gift of our nature evolution and it is only right to embrace it and use it along the chain of growth and most importantly to lead the way in what makes us feel to be human.

Why I wake up in the morning has a lot to do with this human story. To make a difference, to be impactful, to dream big, to inspire those around me, and to empower future generations to be part of this story and to be proud for who they are and the contribution they can make.

George Azzi

ASP3/HV DESIGN LEAD (Associate)

For me I say, If I am to dedicate 80% of my life to work, I might as well love every moment being a professional engineer and above all try to live serving the industry that puts a smile on my face and puts honest food on my family’s table.

As a driven chartered and professional electrical engineer with more than 2 decades of experience in design, consultancy, business development and accredited project management, I strive to achieve the optimum solutions to my clients.

I have strong understanding and execution in the design and analysis of power systems (Low Voltage, Medium Voltage and High Voltage Systems) and strong commitment to customer satisfaction, service & quality, with high standards of safety and business ethics.

I aim to be distinguished not only by setting high professional and technical standards but also by focusing on customer service and satisfaction by delivering economical and timely solutions.

John Del Valle

DESIGN ENGINEER

My passion for engineering is fueled by my belief that engineering is a pledge towards continuous professional development and lifelong learning. The service that we as engineers provide should be beyond just our technical expertise, but also on an attitude of pushing what is considered the norm. By looking at what has been done before, and asking the simple yet important question, “Is there a better way?”. I believe that this is the essence of engineering.

This is why I believe that there is benefit in reading and listening to other material which is not typical for an engineer. I have expanded my reading to other fields, including philosophy and professional development, not just because of some latent interest in these fields. But also, in potentially looking for new and innovative ways which we can contribute to a field which has remained the same over the last decade.

Joel Grant

SENIOR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

I am a senior mechanical engineer with a wealth experience in the building services area particularly in the commercial, residential, educational and recreational field of work. Over my 20+ years experience, I have worked with both contractors and consultants. In the design process for DA, development of documentation for Tender, D&C and construction.

I believe quality project outcomes are the result of listening to and understanding client needs and robust communication with the project team. In my spare time I like to spend time with family, take care of my garden and re-learn lost musical arts. I believe outside of work the spiritual aspects of life are the most important.

Moz Mokdad

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Managing a project from start to finish is a stressful process because anything can literally go wrong. From managing subbies, liaison with consultants and architects, or waiting on supply authorities that can sometime be a mission in itself, or builders locked in milestones that never change, it is certainly a position that I see require people skills, and hands on experience to enable a successful execution, commissioning and a project handover. The outcome is witnessing a happy client and an end user, which to me it is what I wake up every morning for, and it is strongly reflected on my happy family waiting for me at home.

With experience spanning across 20+ years as a project manager and a licensed electrician, I was committed and enjoyed the opportunities presented to me working with a Tier 1 contracting business particularly on large complex projects “the Crown Casino” as the last reference, I can certainly say that I can add an immense value to my client and the team in design and engineering as a whole.

Daisy Moreno

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

Engineering is about designing solutions to real-world problems. Being able to work in various projects and encounter different problems drives me to learn more to improve myself on how I can resolve these issues. Working in BIM with my engineering background helps me understand and see different solutions better.

Thinking that the projects that I am working on will someday be constructed and used by people is exciting and makes me strive to produce an excellent output.

Dennies Cruz

BIM AND DIGITAL ENGINEER

Creating something from nothing is what drives me out of bed each morning. Going to work stating with blank screens and bringing to life a project is very fulfilling. Being a BIM manager for the last 10 years I can certain say that our industry has grown and developed  much faster than we can all imagine and seeing 3D or 5D Revit files produced today makes us ever more connected to what we do.

I’m continuing to develop and live my dream and enjoy the ever changing and more connected technology.

Ryan Cabot

BIM MANAGER

Technology is moving ahead in leaps and bounds. Within our industry, BIM and digital is evolving at rapid pace. This is paving the way for an incredible future of seemingly endless possibilities.

For myself creating digital models, building virtual environments and producing something tangible within a model is exciting. And to see your work within the digital world translate into the real world is something I find incredibly fulfilling.

Seeing where the industry goes and being part of the journey that makes the change – I find that challenging and exciting, and I look forward to the next chapter.

Marie Factoran

BIM COORDINATOR

Digital to reality. I find it satisfying to work on projects for months or even years on a computer become a landmark impacting lives. With no limit to evolving technology, there is no shortage of growth and advancement while working alongside design and construction professionals.
